A. Shipping

1. When ordering licenses for online solutions
   Your order will be processed immediately upon confirmation of receipt of payment to our account. You will receive your order within 24 hrs. After receiving the payment, the licenses you ordered will be sent via email to the email address specified by you in your order. This order is completed by our sending an email to you.
   
   
2. When ordering DVDs or other physically shipped products
   Your order will be processed immediately upon confirmation of receipt of payment to our account. Within 1-2 working days, the order will passed onward for transport to a service provider of our choice, such as German Post, TNT or UPS, for delivery to the address you specified. The delivery time will depend inter alia on the country in which the delivery is to be made.

B.Terms of Payment
The following methods of payment are available for purchase.

1. Paypal
   For all customers: PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly - and for free. Secure: Your bank or credit card details are stored only at PayPal, and therefore are not sent over the Internet with every online purchase. Simple: You pay with two clicks, because you access your bank or credit card data via PayPal instead of entering it for every purchase. Fast: PayPal payments arrive quickly, so the seller can ship the goods immediately and you typically get them earlier.
   
   By the way: You can also pay with a PayPal guest account without registering in advance.
   
   
2. Sofortüberweisung
   Available in 13 EU countries: sofortüberweisung.de is the direct payment method of the AG Payment Network. With Sofortüberweisung you can easily send a particular amount directly from your online bank account. Upon completion of the delivery the dealer will receive a real-time confirmation, allowing it to ship stock items and digital goods immediately, and allowing you to receive your purchases faster. Sofortüberweisung meets the high security standards of online banking and has TÜV-approved data protection. You do not need to register and do not need a credit card. It works simply, securely and quickly with your online banking account.
   
   
3. Credit Card and SEPA direct debit
   
   
   • Credit Card
     Payment by credit card is one of the most popular payment methods on the Internet. No registration is necessary, and your credit card details are not stored but used exclusively for the payment transaction. The choice of credit cards is limited to VISA and Euro Card/MasterCard. The commissioning of the respective credit card company with the collection of the invoice is made immediately after the order is sent.
     
     
   • SEPA direct debit (Single Euro Payments Area)
     Pay quickly and easily by SEPA direct debit, without having to worry any further about money transfers or payment deadlines. When placing your order, simply select the payment method “Direct debit” and enter your account details (IBAN and BIC). The amount is payable by direct debit on conclusion of the contract and will be processed by our partner, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., with your express authorisation, and will be debited securely and conveniently from your specified account.
     
     
   • Credit card billing and SEPA direct debits are carried out by:
